National sales training sessions
& speaking engagements covering core skills topics of
lead generation, listing presentations, auction campaign management, client management and business planning.
Coaching
One-on-one principal, agent or team coaching in person and online nationally. Includes 90-day associate training for business units. Offered as 3 month or yearly plans.
Consultancy
Audit of training and system needs for small or large businesses including creation of bespoke listing presentations, prospecting, leverage systems and onboarding systems.

Danny Grant_
Danny is a highly respected real-estate coach, trainer, and former high-performing agent with more than 25 years of hands-on experience across sales, leadership, and national training.Before founding Grantspace, Danny built his career at the coalface of residential real estate — progressing from top-performing sales agent to business co-owner of one of Australia's most successful multi-office operations. He understands the industry not from theory, but from lived experience: listing, negotiating, leading teams, managing pressure, and balancing growth with sustainability.Danny later served four years as National Head of Training at McGrath, Australia’s largest premium real-estate group and home to many the country’s highest-performing agents. In this role, he was responsible for developing and delivering national training frameworks. He was also a founding shareholder of highly successful proptech company Realtair.What sets Danny apart is the depth of his “scar tissue.” He has navigated market cycles, business expansion, burnout risks, family demands, and the realities of long-term performance in a results-driven industry.
Diane Grant_
Diane is an award-winning real-estate professional with over 20 years of experience across sales, administration, and business operations. Highly respected throughout the industry, she has played a pivotal operational role in building and supporting high-performing real-estate businesses, including multi-office operations.
A mother of three and long-term business partner to Danny Grant, Diane brings deep practical insight into balancing performance with sustainability. As business manager and Diane oversees logistics, client experience, and the seamless delivery of training programs and events nationwide — ensuring everything runs with clarity, care, and precision.
Married for 28 years with 3 children, Diane and Danny bring a rare balance of commercial sharpness and personal perspective.
